Welcome to VumaStudio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to every purchase you make from us (together, the "Services"). "We", "us" and "our" refer to the store; "you" and "your" refer to you as the customer or visitor. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

1. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.

2. Our Products

  • We make every effort to display our products, colours and sizes accurately. However, colours and details may look different depending on your screen, and small variations in packaging or design may occur.
  • Results from beauty and personal care products may vary from person to person. Images and videos are for illustration only.
  • Always read and follow the product instructions. Our products are intended for personal, cosmetic use only and are not medical devices. Do not use a product on irritated, broken or sensitive skin, and stop using it if irritation occurs.
  • Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.
  • Products, descriptions and availability may change at any time, and we may limit quantities or stop selling any product.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and payment has been received. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in price or description, if we suspect fraud, or if the order appears to be placed for resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). If you view prices in another currency, the amount is an estimate and the final charge may vary slightly due to exchange rates and fees set by your bank or card provider.
  • The price that applies is the price shown at the time you place your order. Prices and promotions may change at any time before you order.
  • Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Customs and import taxes: international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by your country. These charges, where applicable, are your responsibility unless they are shown as included at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. During periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer.
  • Delivery usually takes 7-12 business days after dispatch, depending on your country.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control.
  • Items in one order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
  • Risk of loss: for customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person you nominate, in line with applicable consumer law. For customers in all other countries, risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, as explained in our Return Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

7. Promotions, Discounts and Free Gifts

  • Promotions, sales, countdown offers, discount codes and free gifts are valid only while stocks last and may end earlier than stated, for example due to high demand or limited stock.
  • We may change, pause or withdraw any promotion or free gift at any time without prior notice. This will not affect orders already accepted.
  • Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be used once per customer.
  • If a free gift included in your order becomes unavailable, we will let you know and may replace it with an item of similar value. If you prefer, you may cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, logos, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it only to browse our website and shop with us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, ideas or other content ("Feedback"), you confirm that it is accurate, that you own it or have the right to share it, and that it is not unlawful, offensive or misleading. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display and adapt your Feedback in connection with our business, including in marketing. We may remove any content at our discretion. We have no obligation to keep Feedback confidential or to pay you for it.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our website may include tools, services or links provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, tools or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

11. Our Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your purchase is made directly with us, not with Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for our products or for any aspect of your purchase, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to purchases made through our store.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping times or availability. We may correct such errors and update information at any time without prior notice. If an order is affected by an obvious error, we may cancel it and will refund any payment received.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services:

  • for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • to violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
  • to upload viruses or malicious code, or to interfere with the security or operation of the website;

  • to submit false information, place fraudulent orders or abuse promotions, returns or refunds.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you break these Terms.

15. Disclaimer

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Except as stated in these Terms or as required by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under any legal guarantee that products are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us, our partners and service providers, including Shopify, for any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

18. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if you break these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Any sections that by their nature should continue to apply after termination, including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law, will continue to apply. Orders already accepted will still be completed or refunded.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which our business is established. If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. We will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. You may also contact the consumer dispute resolution body in your country.

20. General

  • Severability: if any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
  • Waiver: if we do not enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean we have waived that right.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms and the policies referred to in them form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights to another business, without reducing your rights as a consumer.
  • Electronic communications: you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, for example by email or by posting notices on our website.
  • Language: these Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
  • Headings: headings are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
